Things to Remember:
Stamps, calling card, extra socks and underwear, sunscreen, bug spray, water bottle, swim suit & towel, band aids, athletic tape, pre wrap, hat and soccer gear.

International Customs:
Many international teams are used to trading t-shirts, pins or pennants with their opposition.  Please make your child aware of these customs if they will have any international teams in their grouping.

Spending Money:
This would be needed if your child would like to purchase food, tournament t-shirt ($15.00), souvenir, merchandise form the Reebok Pro Shop or phone cards and internet time.  Additional money may be needed if your child's team is planning to attend one of the local theme parks or Ron Jon's Surf Shop.

Food:
There are several reasonably priced concessions throughout the Cocoa Expo facility.  There is also a full service "All You Can Eat" Buffet onsite for player and parents to enjoy.  Players may also purchase snacks from the Pro Shop.

Medical:
There will be trainers at the Cocoa Expo facility for your child to see with any concerns and during game times.  Please make sure your child has access to and is aware of their medical allergies, insurance information and policy number.

Should you need to get a hold of your child in case of an emergency please try the team parent, or you can call (321) 639-3976 ext. 10  and leave a message (Be sure to specify team name, age group, child's name and number you can be reached at)

Housing:
Cocoa Expo has several lodging and meal plans available for parents and players alike.  The plans vary from 2 - 3 meals, double - quad occupancy and dormitory or hotel.  For more information please contact Terri at (321) 639-3976 ext. 33.

Contact Plan:
Please establish a calling plan with your son or daughter for them during their stay here.  There is a computer and pay phones at the Cocoa Expo for your child to use (there is a charge for the internet).  There are phone cards for sale in the Cocoa Expo Pro Shop.

Events Onsite:
Cocoa Expo Tournaments are always open to vendors so that your child may have several different experiences.  There is also a photographer that will have pictures for sale during the tournament.  On the grounds there is a game room, pro shop and swimming pool (Child must have proper supervision)

Chaperone Policy:
Chaperones will be required at any tournament functions and facilities.  Please note a chaperone is an individual over the age of 21 and is required to be present with the team at any function, or on the facility grounds.

Game Length:
All matches played will be full length, with the exception of matches cut down do to acts beyond out control, or overtime where time will be extended.

Game Results:
You may find your child's teams results on the website at www.cocoaexpo.com.  Results will be posted each evening after the games end.
