happens in the event of inclement weather?
A: The Cocoa Expo Sports Center reserves the right to modify the schedule in case of inclement

What is
the tournament entry fee, if my team decides to stay in the on-site athletic
dormitory?
A: The tournament entry fee is 50% off if you stay on our dormitory lodging
package.
Q: What is
required to reserve rooms for my team in the dormitory?
A: A 10% deposit of your total invoice, will guarantee your team
rooms for the tournament.
Q: What do
we need to bring if we are staying in the dormitory?
A: The Cocoa Expo
provides all linens (sheets, pillows, pillowcases, comforter) and towels.
Players must bring their own
toiletries.
Q:
What are some of the features of the dormitory?
A: The athletic dormitory consists of a swimming pool area,
television lounge, video game room, snack bar, full service
cafeteria, and Pro Shop. Each
room is air-conditioned and has cable television.
Q: How many
players are there to each room?
A: The dormitory rooms
sleep 4 players per room in a bunk bed style setting. Each player’s room is
adjoined to another
player’s room with an individual shower and bathroom. Coaches sleep two per
room, with an
individual
shower
and bathroom.
Q: Are
there telephones in the rooms?
A: No. If you need to
get in touch with someone staying in the dormitory, the Cocoa Expo Welcome
Desk is open 24 hours.
